Cancellations and refunds

Our Policy

We are caring human beings that run Bayeux Shuttle and we will always endeavor to do the right thing. We care for you and all we ask is that you care for us too if you need to cancel.

Should you need to cancel your tour, all we ask is that you give us at least 7 days notice and we will refund you in full; minus any chargebacks we are forced to pay.

If you cancel with less than 7 days notice or you miss the tour for whatever reason, under no circumstances will refunds be considered!

Cruise ship passengers

If you are arriving by ship and have booked a cruise ship tour with us, please note that if your ship cannot dock, for any reason, we will not refund you. We will have incurred a lot of expense by sending our vehicles and guides to the terminal so we will not be held responsible if your ship cannot dock.

If your ship is diverted from the dock due to strike action, once more, we will not be held responsible and will not offer refunds.

Bayeux Shuttle Tour Cancellation Insurance

We strongly advise that you take our insurance cover that will reimburse you should you not comply with our terms and conditions. For only 3 euros per person, we will guarantee to reimburse you in full (minus the insurance payments and any card charges we are forced to pay) should you have to cancel or you miss the tour. No questions asked!

To receive a full refund, you must have notified us before the tour departs. If you notify us after the date and time of your tour, this tour insurance is not valid and no refunds will be considered.
