This is all we ask

We are caring human beings that run Bayeux Shuttle and we will always endeavour to do the right thing. We care for you and all we ask is that you care for us too if you need to cancel.

Should you need to cancel your tour, all we ask is that you give us at least 7 days notice and we will refund you in full; minus any chargebacks we are forced to pay.

If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, we will do our best to re-sell your seats and if we do, we will gladly refund you. If we can't sell the seats, please understand that we may have lost business so please do not think bad of us if we do not offer a refund.

We strongly advise that you take insurance cover that will reimbourse you should you not comply with our terms and conditions.
